RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR USE OF
EDU WAREHOUSE FOR PRIVATE EVENT

Security - BPD $25 per hour (4 hr. minimum $100)

Cash  Bar - $75 (Includes bartender for 4 hrs; NO ALCOHOL)

Table cloths - $5 each (multiple by the number of tables)

Security Deposit Agreement and Payment

Facility Rental Fee Payment 

To secure the facility for an event all fees must be paid including a separate security deposit AND a signed paper contract received. Make your payment using  VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover or PAYPAL

           $200 EDU and EDU TOO 

Cancellation policy:

All events held January – October require a 90 day prior to event cancellation notice to cancel this contract.
Events held November and December require a 180 day prior to event cancellation notice to cancel this contract.

This contract is cancelable by the renter should you cancel with no less than the respective 90 or 180 days’ notice required. All monies paid to EDU Warehouse shall be forfeited and shall become the sole property of EDU Warehouse for cancellations with less than the respective 90 or 180 days to the event. 

 

Facility Rental Fee Payment - ​hourly rental time

To secure the facility for an event all fees must be paid including a separate security deposit AND a signed paper contract received. Make a payment using  VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover or PAYPAL

A  security deposit of $200 must be paid to EDU Warehouse Space Inc. to reserve an event date.  I understand that the contract must be signed and returned to EDU Warehouse Space for the event and the rental fee paid in full. The security deposit is in addition to the rental amount. The security deposit secures the date for the event and serves as a form of security for damages or additional cost that may be incurred. The security deposit may be refundable in the absence of any additional charges or infractions.
